I became ‘baptized’ in Hong Kong.
So to speak, I was a wild guy back in South Korea, since I dropped out school and left home at 16, however, I could say… I had evolved to a modern citizen in Hong Kong.
However, having decided to get rid of my past and live differently, I ‘lost’ many perks I was ‘enjoying’ so far.
For instance, I left a decent company where I was working for many years only because my guilty feeling to fake my uni graduation certificate when I joined was pushing me hard.
So, I came to a conclusion that I should make a living differently, and I found the easiest job for me is to speak out the truth – practicing journalism. That is why I started Daily Hong Kong. And now, I officially present everyone Daily Hong Kong News Limited, an online advertising company as of 2 Aug 2022.
And though thy beginning was small, Yet thy latter end would greatly increase.
